Hey there ! Here's my final magazine cover, there's many different subheadings that relate to the entrepreneur topic and also is correlating with the color scheme. The divine women heading is super diverse and vague so it opens up many avenues of topics. Hope you like it , see you next time ! References: Canva

Interview Feature Story

Hi there ! We're now back ! Hopefully you've been staying up to date with everything, because we now have our final feature story with our model, Katrina Baskin !  Check out her interview responses to the questions we've posted previously ! When start ing your business, how did you feel ? Who helped you start ? When starting my business, my parents and my children helped me start, I felt so liberated, scared at first of course but very faithful and hopeful that everything would work out. Do you see progress with your products from the launch/grand opening versus now ? Since my business has started, I've noticed a huge increase in revenue. Since I don't have products and mostly a business that caters to the people, I'm thinking about expanding and adding my own cleaning products to hopefully increase my clientele and sales.   How’s the profit ? What’s one thing you wish someone would’ve told you ? The profit is so beneficial, I've made over 60k in the last ...

Feature Story Practice

Hello everybody !  We're back! We're actually in preparation for my personal magazine so we've been assigned to partners to practice on how we're going to write our final feature story. My partners name is Victoria which is a fellow classmate of mine.  What mostly inspires you in life, what  keeps you motivated ?  What mostly inspires me in life is my mom. My mom is now a single parent with 2 kids and takes everything on, I really admire how she's so independent and does everything in such a carefree manner and makes things happen for her kids. What made you decide that you wanted to come to public high school? What made me decide that I wanted to come to public school was the want for experience. Being homeschooled for the last 3 years, I've never really had a social experience outside of my family.  Longing for this experience since an adolescent, my mom suggested that I come back for senior year. The choice I made for it being this high school, made me...

Descriptive Lead

Hi everyone! I'm back !  So last blog I expressed my want for getting task completed so here we are ! We're completing our first lead practice story. I'll be completing three of these total. This first one will be descriptive! Once I arrived at this camp, through the long hall and double doors, I remember the dark purple lights swallowing the whole front room with jumbo sized piranhas. I've never been to this camp so I was utterly considering just turning around and going home because this wasn't up my alley. Until this handsome, tall, fair skinned young man greeted me with the most beautiful smile I'd ever seen. I seen his curly hair spiking through the slightly soaked hoodie he had on from previously walking in the rain. "Hi",he spoke to me with such a soft tone voice and I was so appalled than anyone ever took into consideration to identify I was there, I got butterflies in my stomach. "Hello, whats your name?", I managed to push out of ...
